Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has been processed.

Please note shipping will only take place once payment has been received

Bank transfers may take up to 2-3 days to clear prolonging the shipping process.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re‑shipment.

Delivery

Delivery is within 10 Days for South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia. 

Delivery to The United States of America and the rest of the world is between 10-15 Working Days via DHL, FedEx and UPS.

The above delivery periods only apply on ready to ship items, all customized and personalized orders are subject to manufacture time as indicated on product description.
