Refund policy
- Returns are only accepted within 30 calendar days after goods have been received.
- Any item returned must be unused
- Item must be in the original packaging
- No damaged item will be considered for a return, nor an item that has been altered or tampered with
- 10% handling fee with a minimum of R100 will be applicable on all refunds
- Cash Refunds & Exchanges will be processed within 10 working days
